7-DAY ULTRA LUX BIG-5 SABI SAND & KRUGER EXPLORER — FULL ITINERARY
Day 1 — Arrival at Idube, Sabi Sand
Arrival and check-in by 7:00 AM at Idube Game Lodge in the legendary Sabi Sand. After a welcome breakfast and time to settle in, head out on your first afternoon game drive in one of Africa's finest Big Five reserves, renowned for its close leopard encounters. Return for sundowners and dinner beneath the stars.
Day 2 — Sabi Sand Big Five Game Drives
A full day in Sabi Sand's game-rich wilderness. Twice-daily open-vehicle drives — early morning and late afternoon into dusk — track the Big Five and Sabi Sand's famous big cats, with a guided bush walk option between drives. All meals and drinks at the lodge.
Day 3 — Sabi Sand & a Night Under the Stars
Enjoy a morning game drive and a relaxed day in the bush. As evening falls, transfer to your private bush camp for an unforgettable night under the stars — fully catered by the Royal Deluxe team. Arrive to a lantern-lit camp, enjoy a chef-prepared dinner and drinks around the fire, and gather at the campfire for traditional drumming and local folklore. Licensed armed security is on site throughout the night for your peace of mind. Wake to coffee at sunrise before your morning drive. (All catering, camping equipment, security and entertainment included.)
Day 4 — Transfer to Lukimbi, Southern Kruger
After a final Sabi Sand morning game drive and breakfast, travel in comfort to Lukimbi Safari Lodge in southern Kruger — all transport arranged and included. Settle into your new surroundings, then set out on an afternoon game drive in a different corner of the wild. Dinner and drinks at the lodge.
Day 5 — Kruger Big Five Game Drives
A full day exploring southern Kruger from Lukimbi. Twice-daily game drives across the concession's diverse landscapes and waterholes, seeking out the Big Five, with time to relax at the lodge through the heat of the day. All meals and drinks included.
Day 6 — Kruger Game Drives & Bush Walk
Another full day in the Kruger wild — morning and afternoon drives, with an optional guided bush walk alongside an armed ranger to experience the bush on foot. Evening sundowners and dinner under the African sky.
Day 7 — Full Final Drive, Grand Farewell Lunch & Departure
Set out early for a full and unhurried final game drive, making the most of your last morning in the bush. Midway, pause for a light bush brunch in the wild. The drive winds down so you're checked out by 4:00 PM, when a grand farewell lunch with drinks is served at Lukimbi — a fitting toast to an extraordinary journey — before your departure or onward travel.
