With a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and an array of sea-view terraces at your disposal, it would be easy never to leave the property’s generous confines, but with sandy beaches and picturesque Tinos Town virtually on your doorstep you may well be tempted to explore.

Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room

Bedroom 3: twin beds (90x200cm), en-suite shower room

Bedroom 4: double bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room

Bedroom 5: double-twin beds (90/180x200cm), en-suite shower room

NB: A double-twin bedroom has two single beds that can either be joined together to create a double bed or left separate as two single beds.

During the less busy seasons, Terrea has a reduced price for a group of up to 6 that only need up to 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms not required will be closed, but the rest of the villa, its amenities and its grounds will remain at the complete disposal of guests. Should you book the reduced occupancy rate, the main house bedrooms will be prepared for you
